January 2008 Standard Construction Specifications

 
Effective as of January 1, 2008

These revised specifications are effective for contracts approved for advertisement for bids on and after January 1, 2008. For any contract approved for advertisement prior to March 15, 2004, the September 2001 version of the Specifications shall apply unless otherwise stated in the Special Provisions. For any contract approved for advertisement after March 15, 2004, but prior to January 1, 2008, the March 2004 version of the Specifications shall apply unless otherwise stated in the Special Provisions. All addenda or variances issued relative to the September 2001 Specifications shall remain in effect for projects subject to the September 2001 Specifications. All addenda or variances issued relative to the March 2004 Specifications shall remain in effect for projects subject to the March 2004 Specifications.
